About Dr. Alley

Dr. Alley comes to our community eager to raise the level of surgical care available to our patients. She takes special interest in minimally invasive surgery, including both laparoscopic and robotic techniques. She is trained in the latest technology, including Single-Site Robotic Cholecystectomy, which involves a virtually scar less post-operative result. She also is available to care for diseases of the foregut (reflux) and colon utilizing Robotic Surgery. In addition, she is well skilled in traditional techniques for a wide variety of surgical problems including complex hernia repair and also takes a special interest in endocrine surgery, including treatment of thyroid and parathyroid disorders. She is currently the Director of the Illinois Hernia Center.


Dr. Alley was born and raised in Illinois and seeks out slopes and sand when not at work. You will soon come to find that she is a pleasure to work with and be around, and we are very excited to have her with us.
