Please note that we do not schedule appointments online. Anything related to your current medical condition or post-op needs should be handled by calling one of the phone numbers listed at the right. If it is an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
Relationships with sales representatives is an instrumental part of our organization. In order to respect our mutually valuable time, effective immediately, all vendors must make an appointment with our office prior to any visit. No drop-in/stop-by visits will be seen as of this time.
All appointments must be scheduled through the appropriate practice manager and/or our marketing manager, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointments. We request that vendor/sales representatives check in with our front office upon arrival and sign in in our appointment book with name, time in, and time out. In situations where lunch and/or food is being provided, we kindly ask that you provide enough food for ALL staff.
