The Surgical Weight Loss Center of Excellence is a joint collaboration between the bariatric surgeons of Peoria Surgical Group and OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. Our bariatric program offers a comprehensive multi-disciplinary approach to surgical weight loss and ranks among the premiere bariatric practices in the country in number of patients treated and longevity.
In addition, we are a Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence (BSCOE). In order to earn this designation, our team underwent a rigorous screening process that included interviews and site inspections. This evaluation also considered number of procedures performed, equipment, staff training, credentials, patient outcomes, patient education and support group availability.
